GRIEF COUNSELLING AND GRIEF THERAPY​​​

Individuals (60 to 85 Minutes) $195

Adjusting to loss can be a difficult and challenging process. Grief can be a very lonely and isolating process and it may be difficult to know where to turn. It creates symptoms and strong emotions that affect individual and family functioning, and confusion about the meaning of life. I assist you in holding a space for grief as long as you require and to transform your painful experiences into a more loving and healing place. Although healing does not mean forgetting, healing means being at peace and forming a new connection with our loss/losses. Patricia Popoff has a Masters in Grief Counselling and understands the journey.​​ She has had many losses and her father, which was her person, died in 2008.

TRAUMA COUNSELLING AND TRAUMA THERAPY​​​

Individuals (60 to 85 Minutes) $195

Unmanageable symptoms often surface after enduring a traumatic experience or event. Whether you have been in an abusive relationship, experience childhood physical and/or sexual abuse, a traumatic disaster, or traumatic death within your lifetime, we feel honoured to be able to offer an opportunity to alleviate your pain. Patricia Popoff embarked on her own healing journey over 30 plus years ago and offers an opportunity to permanently reduce symptoms and to learn to make peace with difficult experiences. ​I go beyond just using EMDR to more permanent therapy treatments and modalities.

TRANSPERSONAL THERAPY & INTUITIVE SESSION​​​

Individuals (60 to 85 Minutes) $195

Connect with loved ones in a unique and new way. Transpersonal therapy  allows us to move through the grief process in a kind and re-connecting way. If you book an intuitive session please bring a token or item of the person that died. In the Healing in Life and Loss Workshop listed below there is an opportunity for Transpersonal therapy during week 5.
