GRIEF COUNSELLING AND GRIEF THERAPY​​​

Adjusting to loss can be a difficult and challenging process. Grief can be a very lonely and isolating process and it may be difficult to know where to turn. It creates symptoms and strong emotions that affect individual and family functioning, and confusion about the meaning of life. I hope to assist you in transforming your painful expertness into a more loving and healing place. Although healing does no mean forgetting, healing means being at peace and forming a new connection with our loss/losses. Patricia Popof has a Masters in Grief Counselling and understands the journey.​​

INTUITIVE HEALING SESSION​​​

Individuals (60 to 85 Minutes) $195

Connect with loved ones that have died in a unique way. Intuitive Healing allows us to move through the grief process in a kind and re-connecting way. If you book an intuitive session please bring a token or item of the person that died. In the Healing in Life and Loss Workshop listed below there is an opportunity for Intuitive Healing during week 5.

 

TRAUMA COUNSELLING AND TRAUMA THERAPY​​​

Unmanageable symptoms often surface after enduring a traumatic experience or event. Whether you have been in an abusive relationship, experience childhood physical and/or sexual abuse, a traumatic disaster, or traumatic death within your lifetime, we feel honoured to be able to offer an opportunity to alleviate your pain. Patricia Popoff embarked on her own healing journey over 30 plus years ago and offers an opportunity to permanently reduce symptoms and to learn to make peace with difficult experiences.
